A second-floor apartment with a terrace and direct sea views, in a gated complex with a pool and beach access — a home to move into as it stands, in one of the most sought-after stretches of the Costa del Sol. What justifies this apartment is a combination that rarely comes together: south-east orientation, a covered terrace that is usable year-round, and a gated complex with a pool, gardens and direct access to the beach. Inside, the layout works — a generous living-dining room with full-width windows onto the sea, an equipped kitchen, a principal suite with its own bathroom, a second bedroom and, on top of that, a former storeroom converted into a self-contained studio with its own bathroom, useful for staff or guests without crossing the main house. The 128 m² are well used: there are no dead corridors or passage-only zones. An assigned garage and storerooms are included, and the complex is a settled one, which shows in the gardens and in the general sense of upkeep.
