Who handles your data

The data controller is Lina Martínez. What you send her, she handles herself: there is no sales team behind this and nothing is passed to an agent network.

What I collect, and why

Only what it takes to reply: your name, a way to reach you (WhatsApp, phone or email) and whatever you tell me about what you are looking for or what you want to sell. The legal basis is your consent in writing to me and, if we go further, performance of an engagement.

If you message me on WhatsApp, that conversation happens on WhatsApp’s platform and is also subject to their terms. It is the fastest way to reach me; for sending documents we will agree on a suitable channel.

How long I keep it

For as long as the conversation and the engagement last, and afterwards for the periods Spanish tax and anti-money-laundering law require — that law obliges the parties to a sale to be identified. Once those periods pass, the data is deleted.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, on my initiative. In an actual transaction the notary, lawyer, gestoría or lender you choose will be involved, and they receive strictly what is needed to complete it.

The technology providers that run the email and the forms process data on my behalf, under contract, within the European Economic Area or with equivalent safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent at any time. Tell me on the same channel we have been using; there is no form to fill in.

If you think I have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (www.aepd.es).

Marketing

I do not send bulk mail and I do not buy lists. If you ever want something regular, you have to ask for it, and every message will let you stop it.
