The text, calculators, guides and images on this site are her own and are protected by intellectual property law. Read them, print them, share the link. Reproducing them commercially needs written permission.

Third-party names and marks that appear belong to their owners.

What the information is, and is not

Everything published here is general and indicative. It is not legal, tax, technical or investment advice, and it does not replace a lawyer, a tax adviser, an architect or a valuer. Lina Martínez is a property advisor: she coordinates those professionals, she does not act as one.

The calculators show their assumptions on screen. They are there to help you think about a decision, not to file a tax return. Check the figures with the relevant professional before you sign anything.

Property details come from primary documents — nota simple, catastro, licence, community accounts — and each page says where a figure came from. Even so, facts can change between publication and your visit.

Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law. Unless consumer legislation gives you another forum, the courts of the owner’s domicile have jurisdiction over any dispute.
